The Amarillo Police Department is on the hunt for a suspect or suspects after seven people were wounded in an early morning shooting at a North Amarillo night club.

Friday at 2:40 am APD Officers were called out to the Hogg Penn, a club, located at 2650 Dumas Drive and there they found a 41-year-old woman with a gunshot wound in her upper body, she was transported to the hospital with possible life-threatening injuries.

Officers found shell casings in the club but did not get a description of the suspect shooter or shooters.

Investigators later discovered that six other victims were taken to local hospitals by private vehicles.

The ages of the women who were shot are 19, 35 and 22 and the ages of the men wounded are 34, 40 and 27.
