Electric Car Chargers Proposal

Xcel Energy is trying to make it easier for company-owned electric vehicle charging stations for electric car owners.
Southwest Public Service and Xcel filed a proposal to offer the charging stations to electric vehicle drivers and rebates for customer-owned chargers in the Lone Star state.
In February, SPS filed an application for the authority to change rates to offer incentives for electric car owners in Texas.
Xcel says it’ll likely be the first part of 2024 before anything is final.
