From the curve of your back to the spots on your skin, you can learn a lot about your health from a close inspection in the mirror.

Here are some examples—the eyes. If you notice a crusty material accumulating on the eyelash line, your eye may be developing a condition called blepharitis.

Mix a few drops of tearless baby shampoo, gentle cleanser, or eyelid cleansing solution with a small amount of water, then gently massage it into one eyelid at a time.
Rinse well. If the irritation goes away, you got the matter licked. If it doesn’t, see your optometrist or ophthalmologist.

For posture.. Look for a posture that resembles a C instead of an S, thats a sign of tight or weak muscles, or possible vertebral fractures.

Stand sideways before a full-length mirror, legs hip-width apart and the crown of your head lifted towards the sky. Turn head towards the mirror your ear, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle should all be in alignment with a gentle S shape to your back. If your back is more in the C shape you may have fractures due to Osteoporosis.

Get to your healthcare provider who may recommend yoga or physical therapy. If they suspect Osteoporosis They may refer you to an endocrinologist for a bone density scan.
