Start out by just taking a run around the corner for two or three days, then increase maybe to four or five times. After the four or five times around the block increase the distance incrementally. You don’t have to do this everyday, just two or three times a week. Doing it more could lead to overtraining and that could lead to fatigue and assorted injuries
