Here are some common rules for a basic ten-minute workout.

First off here’s the Equipment needed A chair, A bench, or a step.

Perform each exercise for the suggested time, one after another with short rest in between. Perform the circuit once for a ten to 15-minute workout, repeating up to 6 times for a longer, more advanced workout, and add extra rest periods as needed.

The warm-up ..light cardio for 3 to 5 minutes.

Start with alternating Squats and squat jumps.

Squat low and fast for two reps, then do all squat jumps to make it harder..

Lower into the squat and jump as high as you can, landing back into the squat position.. Repeat alternating 2 reps of each exercise.

To change intensity Do all squat jumps to make it harder, do low-impact squats to make it easier.
