This week’s topic is building strength. In the gym focus on building deadlift strength be doing each of these workouts at least once a week.

Do five sets of deadlifts at 5 reps in each set aiming to add 5 to 10 pounds every set.

To build on that, do five sets with three in each set, shooting for 5 to 10 pounds every set. Try to go heavy. 

On a single day Warm up with 2 sets of 5 reps of deadlifts, then do 4 sets of one deadlift. Rest for two minutes between each set.
