Family Room Close to Reopening at NWTH

The Family Room at Northwest Texas Hospital is getting ready to reopen its doors.
The Ronald McDonald House is making the final touches
The room helps families in the Panhandle stay close to their children when they’re in the hospital.
Six months of planning went into the Ronald McDonald House remodeling the place with about 12-hundred dollars going into upgrades to the common area, quiet space, laundry and shower areas.
Some demolition was needed, with new flooring and new window treatment installed. Some decorations and furniture was donated by local businesses.
The family rooms are expected to be open by April 1
