Former Employees of Reagor Dyke Sentencing to be Reschedule

Twelve former employees of Reagor Dykes Auto Group have plead guilty in a federal court.

Several of the former employees were scheduled to be sentenced on January 7 and January 23 but were canceled and will be rescheduled for a later date.

The investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation showed that the company was falsely indicated that the company was seeking loans to repurchase vehicles for resale.

It was also shown that 19 bank accounts were involved in the scam.

Those who have plead guilty may face prison sentences from five to twenty years.
