Another former employee of Reagor Dyke Auto Group accepted a plea deal in federal court.

Ashley Nicole Dunn confessed to conspiracy to commit bank fraud.

Dunn served as executive assistant to Shane Smith who was the group’s, Chief Financial Officer. Smith pleaded guilty at an earlier date.

In her testimony, she admitted that the banks lost more than $23 million in the scam.

Dunn is the ninth former employee of the auto group to take a plea deal.

Conditions of release were made by the judge so that she could stay out of jail. She will be sentenced on a later date.
