Amarillo Crime Stoppers are hot on the trail of their Fugitive of the week.
They are looking for Patrick Ramos wanted for assault on a family member, impeding breath,circulation
and previous conviction.
He’s described as a Hispanic male, 36 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 175 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
