Hall County Commissioners Court Enact Burn Ban

The Hall County Commissioners Court has enacted a burn ban for the next 90 days.
While under a burn ban it is illegal to create any open flames outside which includes fire pits, campfires, uncovered grills and open burning of trash.
Violating a burn ban is a Class C Misdemeanor, meaning you could be facing a fine of up to $500.
