Hartley County Sheriff Franky Scott is retiring after 45 years in Law Enforcement.
Sheriff Scott made the announcement on Facebook saying “It is time for me to take the next step an retire. I have thought about this time for a long time. Do I really want to do this. That is a good question. No not really in so many ways but yes in others. The only ones that really understand are those that have been Law Enforcement officers what it is to step away.”
