Hartley County Sheriff’s Office Recovers Stolen ATV

The Hartley County Sheriff’s Office recovered a Kabota ATV that was stolen on Monday night.

Phillip Tello who was wanted out of Moore and Hartley Counties was arrested after leading police on a highspeed chase was charged for being in connection to the theft.

Chief Deputy Chanze Fowler was able to make the recovery of the stolen ATV after receiving tips on its location.

The investigation is still in progress due to multiple stolen vehicles being involved in the case.
