Hazardous Material Spill on US Highway 60

Traffic on US Highway 60 in Hemphill County was re-routed due to a hazardous material spill on Friday morning.
Emergency crews were called to a crash eight miles southwest of Canadian where a semi had rolled over blocking the highway.
Once on the scene, it was discovered that Anhydrous Ammonia had spilled from the trailer tank.
No injuries were reported and the crash is under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
