Herring Hotel Group Files Bankruptcy

The Herring Hotel Development Company has filed for bankruptcy.
The company, based in Sugar Land, filed for liquidation with more than $3 million in debt owed to lenders and former owner Robert Goodrich.
The Potter Randall Appraisal District has appraised the hotel’s list price at 287-thousand dollars.
Preservation Texas lists the Herring Hotel as having 14 stories and 600 rooms.
