Hunting season is here and it usually facilitates a lot of questions for hunters and landowners.

Why aren’t my deer bigger?

What food plots should I have planted that would have done a better job attracting deer or growing bigger antlers?

These are all good questions, but unfortunately hunting season is not the best time to address them. It does however present an opportunity to discuss those questions and what can be done to address them in the future.

Listen as Brandon Dukes, District Extension Administrator for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension in Amarillo, gives suggestions to help with these questions throughout the year.
