Lefors Fire Contained

The Lefors wildfire has been 100% contained.
The blaze started on Friday near FM 1474 and 1321 and Lefors Volunteer Fire says three abandoned buildings were destroyed.
The wildfire took over 1,295 acres, and residents were told to evacuate to Pampa. Some residents did not want to evacuate.
City Marshal of Lefors, Hayden Gray, gives a shout-out to all firefighters who came out to battle the fire.
