Man Dead On I-40

A 35-year old man died Tuesday night, March 13 as a result of being struck be a vehicle on the I-40 on-ramp.

Amarillo Police say the accident happened at 11;00 p.m.when a 2002 Dodge Pickup traveling eastbound on the Frontage road struck him.

The man died at the scene as a result of the injuries

It’s being investigated by the Amarillo Police Traffic Investigation Squad.

The victim’s name has not been released by police.
