Man Facing 25 Years For 6 Counts Of Aggravated Sexual Assault

A Potter County grand jury has indicted 36-year-old Jermaine Earl Patterson, for a total of six counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and for kidnapping and raping a woman.
Patterson is accused of sexually assaulting a child under 14 years of age on November 30th, 2013 and January. 16, 2014. He is also accused of sexually assaulting another child under 14 years of age four times in 2019.
He is also accused of abducting a woman with the intent to violate or sexually abuse her on May 28.
Since Patterson has two prior felony convictions for burglary of a habitation, each charge carries a minimum of 25 years imprisonment.
