Marijuana Found In Hartley County Backyard

The Hartley County Sheriff’s Office is waiting on felony arrest warrants after discovering 20 mature marijuana plants growing in a backyard of a home Tuesday morning.
At 8:30 a.m. The hartley Sheriff’s office searched a home near Main Street after an officer received a tip that the plants were being grown in a backyard.
Plants were then found in the home and 20 plants were found growing in the backyard.
The plants were seized and placed into evidence.
The Sheriff’s office is now waiting for felony arrest warrants.
