Moore County Commissioners Court Issues 90 Day Burn Ban

The Moore County Commissioners Court has implemented a burn ban for Moore County for the next 90 days.
While under a burn ban it is illegal to create any open flames outside which includes fire pits, campfires, uncovered grills and open burning of trash.
Violating a burn ban is a Class C Misdemeanor, meaning you could be facing a fine of up to $500.
