NWTHS Behavioral Hospital Announces New CEO

Chris Veal has been named CEO for the Northwest Texas Healthcare System Behavioral Health Hospital. That appointment is effective as of Monday, the 13th.

Veal started with NWTHS in 2009, receiving his nursing degree from West Texas A&M University, later becoming the Assistant Director for the Emergency Center at University Medical Center in Lubbock.

Created in 1967, the Behavioral Health Hospital is an 85-bed facility that focuses on care for patients with mental illness.
