One Of Texas Most Wanted Fugitives Carlos Rafael Benitez Detained In Mexico.

A Texas Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive from Amarillo has been detained in Tijuana Mexico.
Carlos Rafael Benitez is wanted for failing to appear in court on charges of aggravated assault of a public servant and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.
Benitez was detained November 13th transported to the United States by Mexican government officials and was released into the custody of the FBI.
