Panhandle PBS Indie Lens Pop-Up Film “Mr. SOUL”

Panhandle PBS is inviting the community to watch the latest Indie Lens Pop-Up film, Mr. SOUL.
Produced in 1968 SOUL was a new show aimed at Black audiences that used the familiar variety-show format to display and celebrate the Black culture, literature, music and politics.
