Portales Man Pleads Guilty To Porno

A 37-year-old Portales man has pleaded guilty in New Mexico Federal Court to production of a Visual Depiction of A Minor Engaging in Sexually Explicit Conduct
That comes from the U S States Attorney for New Mexico’s office.
Augustin Gallegos Pleaded guilty on October 17 to the crime that happened between March 31 2018 and May 16th 2019.
He is said to have persuaded a nini year old child to participatein the act to produce pornography.
Gallegos will remain in custody until sentencing scheduled for January 17, 2023. At sentencing he’ll be looking at 18 to 23 years in prison and will be required to register as a sex offender
