Potter County Citizens Academy

The Potter County Sheriffs Office is accepting applications for its citizen’s academy.

The Academy is slated for September 7 through November 23.

The classes last 11 weeks topping off with a banquet on the 12th week to honor participants

Those who attend the academy will have an opportunity to attend the license to carry course which is normally conducted a week after the academy ends

Acceptance is on a first come, first-serve basis, and the seating is limited.
