Potter County Commissioners are scheduled to meet 9 a.m. Monday, July 22nd, in their Courtroom at 350 Southeast 6th Street.

The commissioners will examine – and possibly act on – extending the county-wide burn ban.

The agenda also calls for possibly approving revised inmate housing contracts with Deaf Smith, Scurry, and Garza Counties.

A complaint regarding wastewater discharge at the Love’s Travel Stop will be received, and if necessary, commissioners will consider an order granting permission to discharge effluent onto the Potter County right-of-way.

Commissioners will also receive information and announcements about the 2nd annual Major Taylor Unity In The Community Bike Ride on August 10th.
