Potter County Man To Spend Time Behind Bars Indecency With A Child By Exposure

The 47th District Attorney’ Office has announced a judgement in a recent trial of a Potter County man.
On Tuesday, Brian Eduardo Valerio Gallegos,was convicted on two counts of indecency with a child by exposure.
Court papers say that he sent pornographic messages to siblings of an individual he was in a relationship with, and approached one of them with his genitals exposed and masterbated.
He was found guilty, and now faces eight combined years in prison, not having any prior felony convictions
