Potter Grand Jury Indicts Man For intoxication manslaughter And Assault

31-year-old Avery Leroy Nolan is facing charges after being indicted by a Potter County Grand Jury for one count of intoxication manslaughter w/vehicle and one count of intoxication assault causing serious bodily injury.
In the early morning hours of October 1st,2017, Nolan in a Kia Sorrento hit two pedestrians crossing the Fritch Highway.
19-year-old Mercy Alexandria Romero died from injuries and 30-year-old Clyde Cleveland Griffin was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
