In recent months, Texas A&M AgriLife Assistant Ag Economics Professor Justin Benavidez has done presentations on leasing land – both to landowners and potential tenants.
Speaking on the subject with KGNC’s Shannon Gray he says there are a lot of benefits for all parties involved if they choose to lease land instead of buy. He also explains the different types of lease contracts and how to set a reasonable rate.
