Randall County Man Arrested For Conspiracy of Selling $100,000 Worth Of Black Tar Heroin

$100,000 worth of black tar heroin was taken off the streets in Randall County.

The Amarillo Police Department and The Drug Enforcement Agency arrested Andrew Olguin on Friday, September 27th for conspiring to sell the drug.

Officials had been investigating heroin dealers in the area since April 2018 and seized the drug and a cell phone during a bust which led to the arrest of Olguin.

Authorities learned that he had been selling heroin out of his mobile home near Rockwell Road for at least 4 years.

A hearing has been set for Wednesday, October 2nd to try and keep him in jail without bail.
