55-year-old old Terry Kay Munguia wanted out of Randall County on two warrants, Bond Surrender/Failure to maintain financial responsibility and Bond Surrender/Possession of a Controlled Substance.
She is 5 foot 6, 170 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes.
