Randall County Under a 90 Day Burn Ban

The Randall County Commissioner’s Court passed a county-wide burn ban on Tuesday afternoon.
The 90-day ban will prohibit the burning of trash, debris, and brush in unincorporated areas.
The order was made based off of the dry conditions in the county.
A violation of the burn ban will result in a fine up to $500.
