Reagor To Appeal Sentence

Reagor-Dykes Auto Group Co-Founder Bart Reagor is filing for an appeal in U.S. District Court about a recent judgement and sentence after being found guilty of making false statements to a bank, last October.
Reagor is sentenced to 168 months in federal prison and convicted of intentionally using 1-point 7 million dollars from a 10 million dollar loan from the International Bank of Commerce for personal gain after being told the money was for use by the Auto Group.
The jury found reagor not guilty on two counts of bank fraud.
Reagor is also required to pay 9 point 3 million dollars in restitution to the bank along with a 1 point 7 million dollars in the form of a money judgement forfeiture if the judgement does not change in appeal.
The forfeiture includes over 950-thousand belonging to Reagor in 2018.
After the time served he will serve five years under supervised release.
Reagor still maintains his innocence.
