An early morning rear-end auto crash on I-40 at Crockett Street Thursday has left one woman with serious life-threatening injuries.
Amarillo police say the crash happened at 1:00 a.m. when the woman’s vehicle drove into the back of a semi-trailer causing her vehicle to roll.
The semi did not stop, nor has been located.
Traffic had to be diverted onto the service road, and eastbound I-40 was reopened at 4:00 a.m.
