Reward Increases to $10,000 for one of Texas’s 10 Most Wanted

The Texas Department of Public Safety is now offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Carlos Rafael Benitez.
Benitez is wanted for failing to appear in court on the charges of aggravated assault of a public servant and evading arrest with a motor vehicle.
He is a Hispanic male who is five foot five inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
Authorities say Benitez last lived in Amarillo and also has ties to Donley County and Tijuana, Mexico.
