Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have shown another act of kindness by donating $250,000 to help support mentorship of indigenous post-secondary students in Canada.
The donation will go to the Influence Mentoring Society based in Calgary and will help the creators of the program get “one step closer to reality.”
When speaking about their donation Reynolds said, “all too often, diverse groups are left behind in the things we take for granted.”
The goal of the program is to teach students indigenous issues, culture, and history of indigenous people.
