Richard Herman has jumped into the race for the Texas 13th District congressional seat.
The former Potter County Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace tells us why he is seeking the job.
Congressman Mac Thornberry announced in September he would not seek another term. Herman faces a number of opponents in the March 3rd Primary.
