Rick Husband Airport Going To New Rental Car App

Amarillo’s Rick Husband Airport is joining other airports nationwide introducing a new way to rent a vehicle more conveniently.

Starting April 15th, passengers will be able to rent a vehicle by downloading an app called Turo.

The Turo program allows owners to rent out their own vehicles to others.

Mike Conner, Director of Aviation at Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport, says

All cars that are rented are rented are priced by the owner and Turo has nothing to do with the pricing.

Turo will have insurance and liability information included
