The Salvation Army is taking up the slack to provide gifts to families with children 12 years of age and up.

This holiday season the non-profit organization has received hundreds of angels, and still has many more angels to be adopted.

The Salvation Army says this is a good opportunity to connect with people they assist throughout the year and can help to put the personal touch that can affect a child’s life with these donations.

If you want to help the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program visit Westgate Mall or Walmart on Coulter or Georgia to choose a tag and drop off their gifts from noon to 7:00 p.m. until Dec. 8.
