Six Injured In Late Morning I-40 Accident

A late morning accident in the area of I-40 and Hope Road left 6 people injured, 2 of them with what was described as life threatening.
The crash occurred just before noon Wednesday. The 6 people injured were transported to a local hospital.
The BMW SUV failed to yield to a stop sign on the I-40 service road at Hope Road when it was struck by a dump truck traveling west on Hope Road. That flow of traffic does not have a stop sign.
