Suspect arrested after Wednesday shooting at Crunch Fitness

The suspect in the early Wednesday shooting at Crunch Fitness has been arrested, according to officials with the Amarillo Police Department.

42-year-old Nicholas Frasier was arrested and booked into the Potter County Jail for two counts of “Aggravated Assault w/ Deadly Weapon.”

Officials went on to say that while no one was injured in the incident, bullets reportedly caused damage at Crunch Fitness and another area business.

The incident is still under investigation.

An early morning shooting at Crunch Fitness has Amarillo Police working hard.

APD says the shooting took place at 2020 Georgia at 3:15 a.m. at the gym.

Officers were told once they arrived that a man had been chasing another man and shooting at him

Both men were found and detained, and a gun was found.

No arrests have been made, and police are still investigating
