Amarillo Police have a suspect in custody from an early morning Stuart Drive incident.
The incident started at 7:13 a.m. when 46-year-old Ruben Romero, secured himself in a room at the house and refused to come out.
The Critical Incident Response Team was called in to assist and at 11:01 a.m. Romero came out of the house and was put into custody.
The man had two outstanding warrants for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and a bond surrender fro Possession of a Controlled Substance.
He was booked into the Potter County Detention Center
