Swat Standoff 24th and Grand

Police report that 19-year-old Jose Cardenas was arrested and charged with deadly conduct and theft of a firearm.

Cardenas is currently in the Potter County Detention Center.

Police were responding to a call in the area, on a shots fired call, and when they got there, they surrounded the home and tried to get the occupants out.

The suspects came out of the home and were detained.

Some streets in the area were blocked off but were soon after opened.
