TEXAS DPS License-I.D Appointments

The Texas Department of Public Safety’s Drivers License Offices will reopen on Monday after closures caused by system upgrades.

But, people say the appointments that were canceled due to the closures need to be booked more quickly.

The Texas Department of Public Safety says they understand the frustration the extended system upgrade has caused to those customers who had their appointments canceled last week, and they apologize for the inconvenience.

Anyone who had an appointment canceled between Sept. 5 and Sept. 8 is asked to email [email protected] and include your name and preferred office for assistance.
