Texas Rangers Investigating Death At Potter County Detention Center

The Texas Rangers are investigating the death of an inmate.
On March 9th at 10:23pm, officers at the Potter County Detention Center found an unresponsive inmate alone in his single occupancy cell.
Lifesaving efforts were performed until AMS personnel pronounced him deceased at 10:46 PM.
The Texas Rangers were called to conduct the investigation into his death.
The inmate was identified as 26-year-old Larry Darrell Douglas.
Justice of the Peace Gary Jackson was contacted and an autopsy will be performed Friday morning.
