THC Seized After Wheeler County Traffic Stop

The Texas Department of Public Safety seized over 150 pounds of THC Wax after a traffic stop in Wheeler County.
On Wednesday afternoon, a DPS Trooper stopped a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe traveling east on I-40 near Shamrock, for a traffic violation.
During the stop the Trooper discovered five boxes containing multiple large jars of THC wax inside the vehicle.
The driver was arrested and booked into the Wheeler County jail for felony possession of a controlled substance.
The drugs were being transported from California to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
