Three Men in Jail After an Armed Robbery and Shooting

The Amarillo Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened on Tuesday afternoon. 

At 1:36 p.m. officers were sent to an armed robbery in the 2600 block of Spruce Street.

Once on scene police found that one person had been shot and another physically assaulted.

A description of the three suspects and the getaway vehicle was put out and they were located.

A foot chase ensued and all three were taken into custody.

Property of the victims was found on the three men and they were booked into the Potter County Jail.
