Traffic Accident Arrest

A police officer making an arrest, standing outside his patrol car at night, emergency lights flashing. The criminal is a young man in his 20s, standing his his hands on his head as the officer searches him.
The driver from a fatal wreck at Southeast Third And Buchanan has been charged and arrested.
The man is identified as 49-year-old Patrick Nuner Wayne.
He was booked into the Potter County Jail on Tuesday and charged with Intoxication Manslaughter with a vehicle.
Nuner is charged with the offense in the death of 42-year-old Laura Sanders on March 18th, after his pickup truck crashed Sanders’s car. She was taken to the hospital where she later died as a result of injuries she sustained in the crash.
Nuner was also taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and was not arrested at the time because he was in the hospital.
The case is still being investigated by APD Traffic Investigation
