Tri-State Fairgrounds Shooting

A shooting happened at the Amarillo Tri-State Fair last night, September 19th.

Law enforcement is looking into the incident that left at least three people injured.

A deputy, firefighter, a bystander, and the suspect were taken to the hospital for injuries, while only one, the suspect, is in critical condition.

The other three were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Witnesses say there was pure chaos at the fairgrounds when the shooting occurred, and many vehicles were hit by gunfire.

The Texas Rangers are also investigating along with Potter County Sheriffs.
